Product Engineer (No Experience Needed)

Salary is up to $4k Monday - Friday; 830am - 6pm Location: Kallang AWS & 2 months variable Bonus Job Description Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and engineering operations Lead Industry 5.0 projects including smart factory implementation, technology adoption, and system optimisation Design and implement engineering solutions to enhance productivity, reduce cycle time, and improve operational efficiency Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts (POC), and pilot runs for new tools, systems, and manufacturing methods Job Requirement Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering environment (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles) Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production routing, and scheduling We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
