Monitor production lines to ensure assembly processes (soldering, SMT, wiring) meet quality standards and identify defects early. Perform functional tests, visual inspections, and reliability checks on finished electronic products before shipment. Record inspection results, maintain quality records, and generate reports on defects, non-conformance, and corrective actions. Ensure products meet industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC), support audits, and collaborate with teams to improve quality processes and reduce defects.
