Project Construction Manager (Office Fit-Out)

Responsibilities: Meet with Project Management agents and potential clients to create new business opportunities within the project management platform. Work closely with the Business Development Team during the pitching stage. Attend site meetings, client briefings, and perform site measurements. Prepare work schedules and monitor project costing during the pitching stage. Prepare work progress reports and coordinate with all parties involved, including internal Construction and Quantity Surveyor teams during the construction stage. Ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within the target time and budget. Ensure the profit margin is achieved according to the set target. Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and organize inspections of building work to kick off projects with the internal construction team. Recommend actions for nonconforming product dispositions and corrective/improvement actions for project/product deficiencies. Manage day-to-day project activities, including liaison with all parties involved in the project (e.g., Architects, Designers, Consultants, Main & Sub Contractors, Suppliers, and other M&E Contractors). Requirements: Minimum 5 years of related experience in the Interior Design/Renovation industry. Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines. Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of a project. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and etc. Resourceful and able to adapt to a changing environment. Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors.
