About this role
Overview We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Management Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Understand clients’ hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback End-to-End Recruitment Process Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer stage Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates Handle offer negotiation and closing of candidates Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up post-placement Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles (open to no experience with strong interest) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Interested candidates please apply online or send your latest CV to alex.fong@AlwaysHired.com.sg AlwaysHired Pte Ltd Reg No: R1549345 EA: 24C2293 We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
