Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status. Monitor production plans and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements. Analyze supply chain performance and support root cause analysis for delivery or planning gaps. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational performance. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support. Ensure compliance with industry and responsible business standards. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, customer planning, or production planning preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of SAP and/or MRP systems will be an advantage. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
