About the Role Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization with a workforce of over 500 employees. They are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring and operational workforce planning. Location: Tampines Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for both blue-collar (operators, technicians) and selected white-collar roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and workforce planning. Handle high-volume hiring, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Work with external partners (agencies, job portals, government platforms) to build talent pipelines. Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics. Ensure recruitment practices align with internal policies and compliance requirements. Participate in employer branding and recruitment initiatives (career fairs, walk-ins, etc.). Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong experience in blue-collar / mass hiring is highly preferred. Familiar with Singapore employment practices and hiring channels (e.g., MyCareersFuture, agencies). Exposure to RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards or compliance frameworks will be an advantage. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
