About: Our client are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager with experience in IT solutions sales to join a growing technology team. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and delivering IT solutions that address customers' business needs. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of customer accounts while building long-term client relationships. Identify and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market development activities. Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast for assigned accounts. Work closely with pre-sales, professional services, and technical support teams to deliver effective IT solutions. Understand customers' business challenges and recommend suitable IT products, solutions, and services. Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities. Achieve individual sales targets and revenue objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Monitor customer activities, market trends, and competitor developments, and provide regular updates during sales meetings. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience within the IT industry. Experience selling IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, managed services, or enterprise IT solutions is highly preferred. Good understanding of enterprise IT products, solutions, and services. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong business development, account management, and relationship-building skills. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities. Able to identify customer pain points and translate business requirements into suitable IT solutions. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
