KYC Officer

Your new company Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently seeking a KYC Operations Officer to join their team in Singapore. Your new role Complete accurate KYC profiles in a timely manner for new customers or update existing profiles using internal systems and due diligence procedures Perform screening on all new/existing customers, related parties, and third-party payment requests Collaborate with the Front Office and Client On-Boarding Team to source additional documentation when information is not publicly available Review and prepare KYC documentation for approval by the Quality Control team in London, ensuring clear rationale and professional presentation What you'll need to succeed 3–5 years of relevant experience in KYC or client onboarding Strong analytical skills and ability to present documentation clearly and concisely Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What you need to do now If you’re interested in this role, click ‘apply now’ to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to shenmim.quah@ambition.com.sg for a confidential discussion.
