Junior Project Manager (Bank) - Contract

Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation, under guidance from senior project leads. Maintain project plans, timelines, coordinate stakeholder communications and meeting logistics across operations and technology teams. Support requirements-gathering sessions and help validate deliverables against business needs. Assist QA teams with testing coordination and tracking. Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and materials for governance meetings.Track project risks and issues, escalating promptly to senior leads. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between workstreams. Support financial tracking (budget vs. actuals) and resource planning under supervision. Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to streamline reporting, documentation, and forecasting tasks. Support change management and adoption activities for project outcomes. Maintain compliance with governance frameworks and documentation standards. Requirements At least 1 year of project coordination or project management experience. Knowledge in project methodology (Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP fundamentals). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and at least one PM tool (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
