About this role
Job Responsibilities: · Support the ongoing enhancement, optimization and maintenance of CRM platforms, including User Data Platform (UDP), Analytics and Data Cloud. · Coordinate with Technology teams to implement CRM system enhancements, fixes and new functionalities aligned with business requirements. · Partner with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize and deliver campaign reporting enhancements, ensuring timely implementation. · Monitor CRM platform performance, troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams to drive resolution. · Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CRM initiatives, validating system functionality and ensuring business requirements are met. · Monitor CRM platform adoption, utilization and data quality, providing regular usage insights and performance reporting. · Prepare and analyse monthly CRM campaign performance reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for improvement. · Consolidate CRM use cases and best practices across business units to support Group-level reporting and knowledge sharing. · Plan, coordinate and manage CRM-related projects, including project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. · Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns and CRM initiatives are executed effectively, with appropriate governance, communication and timelines. · Manage project risks, dependencies and change requests while providing regular project status updates to key stakeholders. · Drive timely follow-up on project deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved and project objectives are met. · Act as the key liaison between business and Technology teams to support successful CRM implementation, continuous improvement and operational excellence. · Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned Job Requirements · Minimum Degree in a related discipline · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience · Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
