Japac Medical Execution Lead

Partner with GPMDs to deliver comprehensive above􀀷country external medical and scientific engagement strategy across pre-launch and commercialized products Partner with country TA and MSL teams on integrating strategic insights to inform Medical and cross-functional strategy governed by GPMDs; cascading global new initiatives including but not limited to digital/Al project with fit-to-purpose spirit To maximize above-country strategy and tactics in region and country Assess, align and execute key above-country projects in assigned therapeutic areas, ensure alignment of key global strategic programs with local business priorities Champion key medical excellence framework including 1) medical launch excellence, 2) AUEG & 3) Implementation Science principles in alignment with JAPAC medical excellence standard Ensure broad and deep collaboration with local stakeholders, uncover key pain points, suggest & execute potential solutions with Professional Societies and Coop Groups in coordination country medical team Integrate and drive above country OL engagement plan Ensure execution of key activities, incl. JAPAC·led congresses, ad boards & councils, education programs, policy and advocacy, and consortia Ensure conduct of all activities in full compliance of all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
