The Position Summary Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Associate supports the execution of Amplify Health’s demand generation initiatives while strengthening the operational systems that underpin them. This role contributes to campaign delivery, lead generation, and marketing operations , ensuring that marketing activities are executed effectively, data is accurately managed, and performance insights are translated into improvements. Operating at the intersection of campaign execution, data, and systems, this role supports the development of a scalable, data-driven demand engine aligned with Amplify Health’s growth priorities. Responsibilities 1) Demand Generation & Campaign Execution · Execute demand generation campaigns across digital, content, and event channels · Support campaign planning aligned to target segments and priority accounts · Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery · Ensure campaigns are delivered with consistency and attention to detail 2) Lead Generation & Performance Optimisation · Monitor performance of campaigns across key metrics such as leads, conversion rates, and cost efficiency · Support testing and optimisation initiatives to improve campaign outcomes · Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion · Support the application of digital marketing and marketing automation practices 3) Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support · Conduct account research and segmentation to support targeting efforts · Assist in building account profiles and insights for priority accounts · Support execution of ABM campaigns in collaboration with cross functional team members · Ensure campaign activities are aligned with account engagement plans 4) Marketing Operations & Data Management · Maintain and manage marketing data within CRM and related systems · Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of lead and account data · Support campaign tracking and attribution processes · Assist in campaign setup and tracking across marketing platforms · Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows 5) Performance Reporting & Insights · Track and report on campaign and marketing performance using dashboards and analytics tools · Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities · Support reporting on lead generation, conversion, and engagement metrics · Provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness 6) Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely with sales teams to support lead handoff and feedback loops · Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to support campaign execution · Coordinate with regional stakeholders where required Candidate Profile Experience and Qualifications · 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations · Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes · Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data · Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or analytics tools · Bachelor’s degree required Competencies & Core Characteristics We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the following: · Execution Excellence : Delivers campaigns with discipline and attention to detail · Data-Driven Thinking : Uses data to inform decisions and optimise performance · Systems Orientation : Comfortable working with marketing tools, data, and processes · Collaborative Approach : Works effectively across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams · Learning Agility : Demonstrates strong potential to develop into demand generation and ABM roles · Customer Focus : Contributes to improving engagement and relevance across the customer journey
