The Position Summary The Senior Specialist, Product Manager, Fraud Waste Abuse (FWA) at Amplify Health plays a critical role in shaping the future of digital health solutions across Asia. The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the FWA (Fraud, Waste and Abuse) product — building GenAI-powered, configurable capabilities that enable payers to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse before payment, from ideation and concept validation to development, launch, and continuous optimisation. This includes defining the product vision, setting strategic priorities, and ensuring that every product aligns with Amplify Health’s mission to make healthcare more accessible, affordable, and effective. The role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can translate high-level business objectives into actionable product roadmaps. The Product Manager leverages emerging technologies such as generative AI (GenAI), machine learning, and cloud-native architectures to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs and regulatory requirements. As a key leader, the Product Manager collaborates cross-functionally with business, technology, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
