Video Producer

Roles & Responsibilities As a Producer/Videographer at AMshots, you will take on a hybrid role combining project management with hands-on filming, guiding projects from planning through to on-site execution and final delivery. You will work across automotive shoots, brand commercials, event coverage, and short-form social media content, ensuring both smooth production and high-quality footage. Key responsibilities include: Planning and coordinating shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, and logistics Liaising with clients to understand briefs and translate them into actionable production plans Operating camera and video equipment on-site to capture client shoots, events, and short-form content (reels/TikToks) Setting up lighting, audio, and camera gear to ensure professional-quality footage Directing subjects/talent on-site to capture engaging, on-brand content Managing crew, schedules, and budgets for each project Collaborating with editors to ensure footage meets creative direction and client requirements Managing and organizing raw footage and project files Staying updated on social media trends (especially short-form video) to bring fresh ideas to shoots and productions Traveling to various client locations (studio and external shoots) as needed Requirements Prior experience in videography and production/project coordination, or a related field (freelance or portfolio work accepted) Proficient with camera equipment, gimbals, lighting, and audio gear Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage production logistics alongside filming duties Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) is a plus Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and detail Ability to work independently and lead a team on tight timelines Comfortable directing talent/clients on set Passion for content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Portfolio or reel of previous work required What We Offer Hands-on experience across diverse industries (automotive, F&B, lifestyle, corporate) Opportunity to work on both short-form social content and high-production commercial projects A creative, fast-paced team environment Room to grow within an expanding media agency
