Account Assistant Cum Admin

Job Responsibilities Ensure the accurate posting of transactions into accounting software Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and vendor payments Prepare payment vouchers and assist with payments Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain proper filing system/bookkeeping function Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable matters Handle petty cash records Perform other ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned Assist with the processing of payroll Handle staff expense claims Provide general administrative support Requirements Basic accounting knowledge preferred Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and positive working attitude Prior experience in accounting/admin role will be an advantage All Nationalities welcomed to Apply Additional Information Training will be provided Friendly working environment Career progression opportunities available Interested applicants may send or email to hr@amxon.com.sg: Resume Current salary Expected salary Notice period / availability to start
