Job Summary You will install wooden door, metal gate, digital door locks, doorbells, and door viewers for customers, provide clear usage instructions, and offer after-hours troubleshooting and warranty service support. Responsibilities Install products that company carry at customer premises according to order specifications Provide clear, step-by-step instructions to customers on product usage to ensure proper operation Respond promptly to after-hours service calls to troubleshoot and replace digital locks under warranty Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization to ensure readiness and professionalism Communicate politely and considerately with customers and colleagues to foster positive interactions Clean and tidy the door and gate area after completing installation to maintain a professional worksite Required competencies and certifications Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles for service calls Possess at least 1 year of experience in door, lock, or carpentry trades to perform installations effectively Demonstrate basic English proficiency to communicate instructions and service details clearly Preferred competencies and qualifications Polite and friendly attitude to enhance customer service experience
