Installation Operations Executive Role Overview The Installation Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth operational execution from post-sales handover to successful customer handover. This role owns installation readiness, installer deployment coordination, logistics readiness, schedule execution, and operational issue resolution to ensure installations and deliveries are completed efficiently, accurately, and with minimal operational disruption. The role acts as the operational control center between sales, logistics, installers, customer service, suppliers, and customers. Primary Objectives • Ensure every job is operationally ready before execution • Protect installer productivity and deployment efficiency • Minimize operational disruptions, delays, failed trips, and incomplete jobs • Ensure smooth coordination between all operational stakeholders Key Responsibilities 1. Installation Operations Planning & Coordination • Manage and maintain installation schedules and deployment calendar efficiently • Schedule jobs based on routing, workload, skillset, and job complexity • Coordinate urgent cases, rescheduling, and deployment adjustments • Monitor daily operational flow and job completion status to minimize travel inefficiencies and operational downtime • Optimize manpower deployment and scheduling utilization to support efficient daily operations 2. Operational Readiness Management • Ensure site, product, accessories, tools, and operational requirements are deployment-ready before execution • Verify installation requirements and escalate operational risks or special site conditions proactively • Coordinate access arrangements, missing items, and operational gaps before deployment • Prevent failed trips, incomplete jobs, installation delays, and avoidable operational disruptions through proper readiness control 3. Installer Operations Support • Act as the primary operational support for installers during active job execution • Resolve operational issues efficiently by coordinating across sales, logistics, suppliers, and customer service teams • Support installer decision-making, escalation handling, and deployment adjustments during operational disruptions • Protect installer productivity by minimizing downtime, unnecessary interruptions, and operational inefficiencies • Monitor installer competency gaps and highlight operational training requirements where necessary • Ensure installers are operationally prepared to execute assigned jobs smoothly from deployment to customer handover 4. Logistics & Material Coordination • Ensure products, accessories, tools, and operational materials are deployment-ready before execution • Resolve stock shortages, replacement requirements, and operational material issues proactively • Maintain operational alignment between warehouse, logistics, installers, and site requirements to minimize execution disruptions • Reduce operational downtime caused by inventory, preparation, or material coordination gaps 5. Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination • Manage customer communication related to scheduling, delays, access coordination, and operational changes • Coordinate rescheduling, deployment updates, and smooth customer handover execution • Resolve operational issues and escalations across sales, customer service, logistics, suppliers, and installers • Maintain clear cross-functional coordination to support efficient daily operational execution • Provide temporary operational support during peak periods or manpower shortages where required 6. Operational Monitoring & Continuous Improvement • Monitor installation completion, delays, reschedules, and operational bottlenecks to maintain execution efficiency • Identify recurring operational issues, workflow inefficiencies, and coordination gaps affecting operational performance • Support implementation and continuous improvement of operational SOPs, workflows, and execution standards • Maintain operational visibility and reporting for management review and operational decision-making • Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance operational scalability, efficiency, and execution quality Requirements • Experience in operations coordination, scheduling, logistics, or field operations preferred • Strong operational planning and problem-solving capability • Able to coordinate multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment • Strong communica…
