Production Supervisor Job Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor workers' attendance, performance, and productivity. Assign work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently. Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards. Monitor the use of raw materials and minimize production waste. Ensure compliance with workplace safety (WSH) and company policies. Coordinate with the Production Manager, Warehouse, and Quality Control teams. Train new employees on production processes and safety procedures. Investigate and report production issues, equipment failures, and quality defects. Prepare daily production reports and recommend process improvements.
