Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts & Finance individual to join our team. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in accounting and finance functions, providing exposure to daily financial operations and reporting processes while supporting the overall finance team. What you'll be doing! Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of accounts. Support daily accounting operations such as bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and maintenance of financial records. Prepare basic financial reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis for management review. Assist with month-end closing activities, audit preparation, and documentation filing. Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company. What we'll need from you! Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Working hours & Arrangements 5 days work week - Monday to Friday Working hours: 8am-5pm
