We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Centre Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering excellent customer service and a pleasant experience for our customers. Job Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the wellness centre and ensure smooth business operations. Manage and supervise therapists, reception staff and other employees. Prepare staff work schedules and monitor staff attendance. Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and compliance with relevant regulations. Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier coordination. Conduct staff training and performance evaluations. Requirements Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily operations effectively. Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving abilities. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
