Job Summary Responsible for meeting service standards in the assigned F&B outlet. Responsibilities Supervise service personnel to ensure adherence to service and grooming standards, enhancing customer satisfaction Monitor workflow within the outlet and recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders, maintaining smooth service flow Oversee the condition and cleanliness of seating premises to provide a welcoming environment for guests Assist in training service staff to elevate service standards and support team development Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support outlet operations
