Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities : Coordinating daily front and back-of house restaurant operations Streamline the restaurant operations Hiring and onboarding new staffs Train and manage new staffs, schedule staff shifts Ability to resolve conflicts calmly Appraising staff performance Ensuring hospitality and customer satisfaction Ability to professionally address customer complaints. Managing inventory for authentic ingredients Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste. Maintaining safety and food quality standards Requirements : Proven work experience in the similar position. Good knowledge in the restaurant industry. Excellent strategic thinking , organising skills and Customer service attitude Ability to work well under pressure. Available to work on weekends and Public holidays. IT and accounting knowledge is a plus.
