Technical Lead - Payment

ANOTECH is the subsidiary of the Group delivering ALTEN's Engineering Services in Singapore. As a Technical Lead, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of secure payment solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with people leadership, supporting Agile delivery while mentoring engineers and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will play a key role in owning sprint execution, guiding architecture decisions, and collaborating with global stakeholders, including teams operating across different time zones. Responsibilities: · Technical Leadership: Ø Lead the design and development of secure payment applications and systems aligned with standards Ø Provide hands-on technical guidance across the full SDLC Ø Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure code practices Ø Review architecture and design decisions, ensuring alignment with payment industry standards (e.g., EMV, Visa, Mastercard) · Agile Delivery and Sprint Ownership: Ø Own and drive sprint planning and execution, ensuring delivery meets business line needs Ø Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness Ø Monitor sprint progress, mitigate risks, and ensure predictable delivery outcomes · Stakeholder Collaboration: Ø Conduct regular meetings with PED, PEM, and PM stakeholders (weekly cadence) Ø Collaborate across global teams, including working with European stakeholders (French time zone interactions required) Ø Communicate effectively on delivery status, risks, and technical decisions · People Leadership and Mentorship: Ø Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices Ø Balance hands-on technical contributions with leadership resp…
