Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Skin Care and Cosmetics Manufacturing Position Title: Quality & Production Supervisor Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops) Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and coach team members to ensure effective performance and teamwork Manage and oversee daily production activities, including purchasing, inventory control, stock management, and work scheduling Participate actively in the entire production process from raw material preparation to the completion of finished products Perform cleaning and basic troubleshooting of production machinery to ensure smooth operations Oversee the full manufacturing process, including purchase requests, material withdrawal and issuance, and handover of finished goods to the warehouse Create, maintain, and update records in the SAP system Maintain and update ISO documentation, records, and related compliance materials Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standards Coordinate with inter-departments to ensure production runs according to schedule Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Superior or Management APPLY NOW!!!
