Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Engineering Position Title: Engineering Assistant Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Joo Koon) Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 6.18 pm) Salary Package: Basic + OT Pay + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Plan and manage production processes, equipment, and procedures. Design production workflows and provide clear work instructions. Ensure products meet quality and specification standards. Use tools like time study, SPC, FMEA, and others to improve efficiency. Propose solutions to prevent product quality issues. Design and verify jigs and fixtures for production. Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum NTC 2/3 in Precision Engineering (with relevant experience). Basic knowledge of CNC machining (Milling or Turning), Familiar with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD and Mastercam), Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided. Able to work OT on Saturdays if required.
