Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Electrical Equipment Position Title: Business Development Manager Working Location: Senoko Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm Salary Package: Up to $8,000 + VB Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients to expand market reach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership. Coordinate with sales teams to craft mutually beneficial proposals. Negotiate terms of contracts with clients and engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Monitor project teams to ensure that contractual terms are met effectively. Analyze customer feedback and competitor strategies to enhance business decisions. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and internal executives. Design and enforce business processes and policies that support the overall operational structure. Continuously fill the sales pipeline by identifying and adding qualified prospects. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to facilitate sustained business growth. Track and report on the progress and status of various proposal components. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the pricing department to develop competitive rate proposals. Lead the sales cycle from initiation to closure. Draft and finalize sales contracts for execution. APPLY NOW!!! Bachelor’s Degree required; applicants with a Diploma and over 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or a similar role. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets. Background in customer support is advantageous.
