Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Services Position Title: BIM Modeller (Electrical) (6-month contract) Working Location: Kallang Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.45am – 5.45pm) Salary Package: Basic $3,500 – $5,000 Duration: Contract Key Responsibilities Develop and update BIM models for electrical services using Revit. Prepare detailed 3D models for electrical systems, including cable trays, trunking, conduits, and equipment layouts. Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings based on BIM models. Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines, including Mechanical, Architectural, and Civil teams. Ensure BIM models follow project BIM standards and requirements. Update models based on design changes and site conditions. Assist engineers and BIM coordinators with model updates and project documentation. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 to 3 years of BIM modelling experience for electrical services. Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD. Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred. Familiar with BIM coordination processes and drawing production. Good teamwork and communication skills. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines. Able to work at the Tuas site when required. Transportation is provided from the designated MRT station to the site office.
