Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Constructions / Building Materials Position Title: Sales Specialist Working Location: North Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30AM–5.30PM) Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000 + Commission + Incentives Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Actively seek out new business opportunities and potential clients in the construction market Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions Evaluate and provide reports on the potential of new clients Develop and manage a network of industry contacts such as developers, consultants, architects, and contractors Monitor site progress closely and provide accurate material forecasts Keep the management team informed on market trends, challenges, and updates to support business strategy Clearly communicate terms and conditions with dealers and clients to ensure timely payments Provide customers with support, training, and troubleshooting when needed APPLY NOW!!! 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials sector Able to travel for site visits, a valid driving license with own vehicle is an advantage Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in project-based selling Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
