Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction Position Title: Data Center Operations Technician Working Location: Kallang Working Hours: 5 days (Shift rotation) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal Allowance + Transport Allowance + PB Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Perform physical tasks such as racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware replacement. Monitor and manage environmental controls, including temperature, humidity, and airflow, to support smooth data center operations. Carry out regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance. Respond to and resolve support tickets related to hardware and network issues promptly. Manage asset inventory and maintain accurate records of infrastructure, cabling layout, and equipment tracking. Work closely with network and systems teams to support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and incident resolution. Follow security protocols, safety standards, and company policies. Participate in 24/7 shift rotation and on-call support when required. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware support and facility-related work. Any ad hoc duties assigned.
