Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Manufacturing Position Title: Engineering Assistant Working Location: Commonwealth Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Interpret engineering drawings to determine machining needs and ensure compliance with technical and quality standards. Ensure schedules and quality standards are met. Monitor machining processes. Provide technical input on machining and tooling design. Analyze current production processes to find improvement opportunities. Assist engineers in designing and developing precision components and systems. Create technical drawings and documents using CAD software. Track project progress and report any issues to the engineering team. Coordinate with other departments for smooth project execution. Experience in production planning, costing, and time estimation. Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment.
