Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction & Renovation Industry Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Central Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and request quotations from suppliers. Evaluate quotations and prepare costing summaries for approval before tender submission. Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) notifications for potential project delays. Review and understand project drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties. Handle pre-tender and post-tender procurement, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Manage project administration and documentation, including preparation of subcontracts and variation orders. Assist with other tasks assigned by management or supervisors. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience Experience in full interior fit-out projects is preferred.
