Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Energy Solutions Provider Position Title: Commercial & Project Associate Working Location: Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (Office Hours) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentives + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial summaries, and client-facing documentation to support business opportunities. Maintain pricing templates, standard documentation, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all submissions. Support the preparation of Letters of Award, quotations, and contract summaries. Track project milestones, invoicing schedules, and key contractual deadlines to ensure timely execution. Coordinate inputs from engineers, subcontractors, and partners to ensure complete and aligned submissions. Maintain project trackers, reporting templates, and organised digital documentation systems. Assist in the preparation of reports, client submissions, and internal management updates. Conduct structured prospect research and market mapping to support business development efforts. Coordinate meetings, site visits, and internal preparation for management. Maintain CRM systems and provide visibility on opportunity pipelines and commercial progress. Diploma in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred. 2–5 years of experience in a structured commercial, engineering, consulting, or project support role. Exposure to property, infrastructure, engineering, or energy sectors is an advantage. Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
