Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Retail Position Title: Retail Operations Executive Working Location: Chinatown Working Hours: 5.5 days (10.00am – 9.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Manage the retail counter and assist customers with enquiries Handle daily store operations, stock-taking, and goods receiving Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment Process and pack customer orders from online and walk-in channels Prepare orders for logistics pickup with proper checks and documentation Support coordination between retail, warehouse, and e-commerce teams Assist in occasional events and booth sales Provide professional customer service and help resolve customer issues APPLY NOW!!!
