Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Hotel Position Title: Bar Manager Working Location: City Hall Working Hours: Shift Work Salary Package: Up to $4,600 Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and quality products. Guide the team to meet financial goals and departmental targets. Train and support staff to maintain high service and operational standards. Plan and manage work schedules based on business needs and productivity. Ensure all work follows standard procedures, safety, hygiene rules, and alcohol service laws. Manage inventory, carry out regular stock checks, and ensure sufficient stock to meet guest needs. Keep the bar clean and make sure all equipment is working properly. Suggest and promote menu items to improve guest experience and increase sales. Handle drink orders and event-related requests while keeping costs under control. Take on other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. APPLY NOW!!! At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B management, especially in bar operations. Diploma in Operations Management, Hospitality, F&B Services Management, or a related field. Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards. Creative, resourceful, and passionate about the F&B industry. Strong people skills with good communication and customer service abilities. Proven leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team.
