Monitor and track the individual’s health condition and physical strength, reporting any changes when necessary. Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate care records. Support mobility and ensure safety during daily routines. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Offer emotional support and companionship to promote overall well-being.
