Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Home Appliances) Position Title: Senior Marketing Executive Working Location: Ubi Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,200 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and carry out marketing plans that support the company’s business objectives, attract new customers, and retain existing customers. Manage the marketing budget, coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities, and report campaign results with clear ROI analysis. Set marketing budgets and targets, and develop pricing strategies for products and services. Build and maintain good working relationships with industry partners, agencies, vendors, and potential business partners. Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications across organic and paid channels, including content creation, paid campaigns, events, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis. Work closely with design agencies and support new product launches. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights that help improve products, services, and market competitiveness. Create useful and engaging content for the company’s website and blog to attract and convert target audiences. Support the Product Development team in product licensing, acquisitions, and accreditations with relevant agencies, vendors, and suppliers. Provide feedback on product quality and service matters to support customer satisfaction. Coordinate and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and oversee PSI preparation, updates, and finalisation.
