Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Software Development & Consultancy Position Title: Business Development Executive / Solution Sales Executive Working Location: Bukit Merah, Central Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain good relationships with clients. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Support the sales process from lead generation to closing. Assist in building and maintaining a sales pipeline. Prepare sales reports, updates, and market feedback for management review. Participate in client meetings, events, exhibitions, and marketing activities. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are followed up. Maintain good product knowledge and keep updated on market trends. Support account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. Experience in B2B sales will be an advantage. Exposure to supply chain, logistics, warehouse automation, or enterprise software will be an advantage. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or system integration will be a plus.
