Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Industrial Machinery Position Title: Sales & Operation Branch Manager Working Location: Based in UAE/Dubai Working Hours: 5.5 days Salary Package: Up to SGD 6500 (Negotiable) + Incentive + Transport & Accommodation provided + Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and thorough quality control Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and secure projects to support company growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders, and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Monitor project costs and revenues to ensure profitability, and advise on cost-effective practices Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms Facilitate effective communication between sales, operations, and on-site teams Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement process improvements.
