Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: Architectural Coordinator Working Location: Woodlands / Islandwide Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am - 1.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordinate architectural finishing works on site. Supervise architectural works on site on a daily basis and handle issues related to the project. Liaise with subcontractors and ensure architectural works, finishes, and installations are completed according to quality standards and project schedule. Conduct regular inspections and review the work performance of subcontractors for architectural and façade installation works. Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues or discrepancies that arise on site. Monitor site safety practices and ensure contractors follow relevant safety regulations and site procedures. Review and check detailed drawings and plans before work is carried out on site. Track site progress against the approved construction schedule and inform the Project Manager if there are delays. Relevant experience in residential construction projects. Relevant industry certification may be considered with substantial related experience. Familiar with 2D and 3D AutoCAD.
