Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesale Trade Position Title: Data & Marketing Executive Working Location: Kallang Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm Salary Package: Basic up to $4,600 + Incentive + Performance Bonus + AWS Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports to support sales and market analysis. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. Turn data insights into targeted marketing and sales actions. Lead B2B marketing activities, including campaign planning, lead generation, and sales enablement. Work closely with sales teams to guide priorities and improve performance. Use Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SAP, Microsoft, and internal systems for reporting and analysis. Support automation and process improvement using tools such as Power Automate. Prepare performance reports and present insights to management. Guide marketing team members to execute initiatives and achieve measurable results. APPLY NOW!!! Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. 3 to 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B. Relevant experience in data-driven marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation. Proficient in Excel and Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of Power Automate is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into action.
