Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time, session-based Work Schedule: Mainly weekday evenings; typically, up to3 sessions per week, with sessions of up to 3 hours Salary: S$55 to S$65 per hour (depending on qualifications and suitability) We are seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to provide session-based sports physiotherapy support to student athletes in Singapore. The role is suitable for a practitioner who is comfortable working in an active sports environment and is able to provide professional assessment, treatment and rehabilitation support during scheduled evening sessions. Key Responsibilities Assess student athletes and provide appropriate physiotherapy treatment, including sports massage where clinically appropriate. Develop and prescribe rehabilitation programmes for injured student athletes. Provide taping services and other suitable treatment support. Assess fitness and readiness for training or competition, and provide professional recommendations where required. Refer student athletes to appropriate medical or specialist care when further assessment or treatment is required. Supervise and provide clinical direction to the Assistant Physiotherapist. Provide or use appropriate equipment and devices required for effective management, except for items specifically supplied at the service location. Maintain professional standards, appropriate records and safe clinical practices throughout each session. Requirements Degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognised qualification. Current registration with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC). At least 2 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist. Candidates with prior experience in sports physiotherapy, musculoskeletal rehabilitation or athlete management is at advantage. Valid Standard First Aid (SFA) and AED certification. Able to provide documentary proof of qualifications, professional registration, certifications and relevant experience when requested. Confident working independently while collaborating with other support personnel. Reliable, professional and able to support changing schedules during competition periods. Availability across multiple weekday evenings is preferred; candidates with partial availability may still be considered. Work Arrangement Sessions are mainly scheduled on weekday evenings and may vary according to training and competition requirements. The role is engaged on a session-by-session basis and does not guarantee a fixed number of working hours each week or month.
