Location: Singapore Duration: 3–6 Months Internship (Starting September 2026) Allowance: Competitive Internship Allowance About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support a regional CRM migration project. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, data management, business process improvement, and CRM implementation within a regional business environment. The intern will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to support the migration of customer and sales data into a new CRM platform while ensuring data quality and user adoption. Key Responsibilities CRM Migration Support Assist in the preparation, cleansing, validation, and migration of customer and sales data. Review existing CRM records and identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps. Perform data quality checks and reconciliation activities before and after migration. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue tracking. Sales Operations & Analytics Maintain sales dashboards and reports. Support pipeline tracking and opportunity management activities. Assist in creating reports and data visualizations for management reviews. Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and insights. Process Documentation Document CRM workflows, sales processes, and standard operating procedures. Develop user guides and training materials for internal users. Support change management and user communication activities during system rollout. Project Coordination Track project milestones and action items. Coordinate with regional stakeholders and internal teams. Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and project documentation. Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma in: Business Administration Business Information Systems Information Technology Data Analytics Marketing Related disciplines or related Diploma. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms will be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
