About this role

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant with expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) to support digital transformation initiatives for a leading insurance organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, optimize, and implement HR service delivery processes that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document current HR business processes, workflows, and service delivery models. Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions within HRSD platforms. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with HR, business, and technology teams to support solution design, implementation, and adoption. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions. Support process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare business process documentation, functional specifications, and user guides. Assist with testing, user acceptance activities, and change management initiatives. Provide guidance on HRSD industry best practices and process optimization strategies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in business process consulting, business analysis, or process improvement roles. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and solutions. Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and service delivery frameworks. Experience working with enterprise digital transformation or workflow automation projects. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
