About the Role My client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support finance systems, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and system consultants to ensure the smooth delivery of finance system initiatives and day-to-day operational support. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating projects, analysing information, engaging stakeholders, and supporting business operations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and documenting feedback and business requirements. Review and analyse information gathered from stakeholder engagement sessions, ensuring key insights and issues are accurately captured and categorised. Prepare presentation materials, reports, meeting papers, and other project documentation. Support service requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including system maintenance activities and administrative processing. Monitor project deliverables and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Track and report the progress of service requests, change requests, incident requests, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Maintain and update user guides, standard operating procedures, and other documentation to ensure they remain accurate and accessible. Provide administrative and coordination support to facilitate the smooth execution of projects and operational activities. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Background in finance systems, business operations, project coordination, or stakeholder engagement will be an advantage. Knowledge of finance or payroll processes is preferred. Experience in system implementation, enhancement, or maintenance will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of VBA is advantageous. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
