Programme & Community Engagement Executive My client is looking for a proactive and organised Programme & Community Engagement Executive to plan and deliver engaging programmes, exhibitions and outreach initiatives. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop meaningful experiences that promote heritage, culture, learning and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project management, event planning, stakeholder engagement and creating impactful public programmes. This is a 11-months contract . Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and support exhibition tours, ensuring smooth programme delivery and volunteer coordination. Develop and execute digital and onsite programmes, events and community engagement initiatives for diverse audiences. Create outreach strategies to increase public awareness, participation and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to curate programme content and deliver engaging experiences. Manage end-to-end event execution, including planning, logistics, publicity, collateral development and on-site support. Conduct research to support programme development and content creation. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities across digital and offline platforms. Provide administrative and project support, including documentation, reporting and budget tracking where required. Requirements Degree in any discipline. At least 3–5 years' experience in programme management, project coordination, community engagement, events or related fields. Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Resourceful, proactive and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners. Familiarity with digital tools such as design software, video editing applications or data analysis platforms is an advantage. Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
