Salary: $2,800 - $3,100/month Location: Central Singapore Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:15 PM - 5:45 PM Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM About the Role Join a government organisation supporting museum education and outreach programmes. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy research, organisation, collections management and working with historical or cultural objects. Key Responsibilities Organise, catalogue and maintain museum handling collections Conduct research on collection objects and prepare supporting information Assist with content development for educational resources and catalogues Manage inventory records and perform regular stock checks Coordinate the loan and movement of collection items Support educational programmes, exhibitions and outreach activities Prepare brochures, educational materials and other programme resources Perform other administrative duties as assigned Requirements Diploma or Degree (preferred) Background in Education, Research, Arts, History, Museum Studies, Collections Management or related disciplines is advantageous Strong research and analytical skills Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Candidates without direct museum experience are welcome to apply if they possess relevant transferable skills
