Work Location: Central Monthly Salary: up to $4500 per month Job Scope: Oversee and manage daily operations of assigned projects Lead, mentor, and conduct regular training, ensuring team members have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for increased efficiency and productivity Manage client and company's expectation to ensure profitability is the top priority with customer satisfaction Prepare and analyze reports Ensure timely Invoicing and collection of monthly billings for all assigned projects Requirements: Diploma / Degree Min 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role. Proven track record in managing projects and driving operational excellence.
