About this role
You own the end-to-end execution of film and media content projects — from pre-production planning and client alignment through to final delivery. Job Description: Own the full production lifecycle from kickoff through final delivery — pre-production planning, scheduling, crew and resource coordination, on-site execution, post-production oversight, and client handover. Support the pitch and proposal process by developing creative pitch decks, content ideas, and production proposals for new and existing clients. Plan and maintain content calendars across projects and clients — map deliverables, publishing cadence, and production milestones, and keep them aligned with client and campaign timelines. Build and manage production schedules and budget plans for every project; flag variances early and protect margin throughout delivery. Scout and secure locations, talent, equipment, and vendors as needed; maintain relationships with reliable freelance crew and suppliers. Run the project timeline and milestones for each project efficiently. Act as the day-to-day project liaison with clients on your projects — coordinate, schedule, and facilitate key meetings; keep clients informed at every stage. Communicate proactively and consistently with clients and internal collaborators; surface issues before they become delays. Support and execution for content production and event coverage when capacity demands it — shoot, edit, and deliver across formats as a hybrid team member. Support edit of video and media content across projects, including social cuts, event recaps, and client deliverables, to production-ready standard. During downtime between client projects, produce internal company content — social media and brand films, plus event coverage and culture pieces that showcase the team and our work. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Film Production, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in film/video production, content production, or project management in a creative or media environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from brief to delivery in a fast-paced, lean environment. Hands-on knowledge of video production — pre-production planning, on-set coordination, post-production workflows. Experience developing production proposals, creative treatments, or campaign/sales decks is a strong advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of urgency and commercial awareness; you understand that speed of delivery is cash, and cash is survival. Sufficient video editing skills Comfortable adopting AI tools and workflows as part of daily production operations.
