Site Engineer (Facade Construction)

Act as the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives; Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications; Oversee the selection and requisition of materials; Liaise with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project; Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors; Plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines; Oversee quality control, health, and safety matters on site; Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. Requirement: Engineering background with at least 3 years of construction site experience; Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques.
