Facade Designer

To develop and draw Façade shop drawing, concept drawing, and fabrication drawing and get the client’s approval Place emphasis on functionality, quality & cost efficiency, and increase in-house capabilities with continuous improvement as an effective solution provider Design Coordination with internal teams Collaborate with Architects, consultants, and clients for design issues Report to the Design Manager Requirement: Have experience in local Facade Construction, Familiar with Curtain Wall Systems, including unitized and stick type Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in BIM is preferred Able to perform tasks under pressure and totally committed to following through with the tasks given within tight schedules Good problem-solving and communication skills
